NEW PARTNERSHIP ALERT!
Getting perky in the backdrop of quirky. That’s what defines CALI-POKE’s stylish entry in to the Radisson Red Technology Park Silicon Oasis. Waltz into the hyper-social, uber-cool hotel and head straight to the food truck at their lobby with the most sumptuous signage that says CALI-POKE, surely getting the eyeballs and drools, and some hoots too!

Taking California by storm, it was a breeze for the brand to tickle the UAE taste buds with its culinary fusion that takes inspiration from traditional Peruvian, Japanese, and Hawaiian recipes. With 5 outlets already in the UAE, CALI-POKE now extends its Cali vibes in the heart of Dubai Technology Park – Dubai’s first Smart City project built with the latest AI and IOT technologies. While Radisson Red ushers a quirky twist to the tech playground, CALI-POKE delivers a perky punch with its out of the bowl concepts.

Dishing out from the food truck are the crowd-pleasers which have become a staple for many – Aloha Bowl with Ahi tuna and cubed mango tossed in Yuzu dressing; Dubai Bowl with cooked chicken & prawns tossed in dressing inspired from the region; or Sushi Bowl, the classic bowl with salmon, tuna & ebi shrimps. Try the Poke Taco to experience the Cali twist to the Hawaiian classic. Pair it with a Cali-Coconut and you’re in for an addiction.

Feeling peckish yet picky? Go for the Build Your Own Poke Bowl and create a masterpiece, choosing from a wide variety of seafood, fresh ingredients and signature sauces. Whatever your dish, one thing you can be sure of is your waistline won’t be inching forward. No wonder Poke Bowls are supremely popular for their health benefits.

“We feel proud and a sense of homecoming, opening an outlet in Silicon Valley a few years back and now opening another in Silicon Oasis. It’s been a great journey of learning & serving” says CALI Group, the brainchild behind the brand.

Open from 12pm to 12am daily, CALI-POKE at Radisson Red is easily spotted at the hotel lobby.

Health and safety precaution, masks and social distancing will be strictly enforced.
